DAC Discount Card Scheme Terms and Conditions


  1. D.A.C. Discount Cards remain the property of the Drugs Awareness Campaign Limited and can only be used when making purchases in businesses currently accepting the D.A.C. Card. The list of businesses are currently available on the DAC website www.drugsawarenesscampaign.com This list may change from time to time. Please note that the Drugs Awareness Campaign Limited reserves the right to add or withdraw businesses from this list. Discounts gained will be deducted from the price of your purchases at the time of payment.
  2. The Drugs Awareness Campaign Limited reserves the right to decline issue or withdrawal the card at any time or terminate the DAC Discount Card Scheme without notice.
  3. Your first D.A.C. Card. is valid until 30th November 2010.
  4. Possession of a signed D.A.C. Card. is deemed to be proof of entitlement to discount. Drugs Awareness Campaign Limited cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards or the discounts allowed to such cards
  5. The Drugs Awareness Campaign Limited reserve the right to amend or alter the discount available under the D.A.C. Card Scheme.
  6. The D.A.C. Card. is non-transferable
  7. The D.A.C. Card. is not a guarantee, identity or credit card
  8. The D.A.C Card may not be used to obtain discount on legal drugs ie Alcohol & Tobacco.
